This Thursday, the 21st, will be our NPU General Meeting for September 2023, held, as always, on the third Thursday of the month, 7pm to 9pm. This is a HYBRID meeting, both in person and online.

This month we'll have two voting items:
- U-23-21 - 1165 Arlington Ave. Applicant seeks a special use permit to operate a personal care home. SITE PLAN, SURVEY, FLOOR PLAN
- NPU-S Bylaws Submission - the NPU must submit its bylaws to the City by September 30. There have been no proposed changes to the bylaws for next year; the plan is to submit the current bylaws, which can be found at https://www.npu-s.org/p/bylaws.html. Unlike other voting items, there are no attendance restrictions on bylaws votes.
And, of course, there will be reports from the police, code enforcement, public works, and many more.
