Atlanta Heritage Owner-Occupied Rehab Program Community Meeting   Invest Atlanta and the City of Atlanta have launched a deferred forgivable loan program that provides up to $30,000 to eligible City of Atlanta homeowners for health and safety repairs on their home.   HOW TO APPLY   Invest Atlanta has hosted a series of community engagement events throughout Atlanta preceding the opening of the program in the third quarter of 2023. The LAST meeting is below.     Bessie Branham Recreation Center 2051 Delano Drive NE Atlanta, GA 30317 Saturday, September 16, 2023 9 am - 11 am     We were recently invited to the Atlanta Heritage Owner-Occupied Rehab Program Event, at Atlanta Technical College and our OGs (Original Grandmama's) were thrilled to share their knowledge with the standing-room-only crowd. OGs from left right: Gwen Williams, Rachel Williamson, Charnette Trimble and Yolanda Minor.   Ms. Trimble was the guest speaker and she discussed how GMH utilizes workshops and clinics based on their Four Pillars of Success to educate seniors about the fundamentals of homeownership and the importance of estate planning.
