We have two votes this month, both ordinance changes.
- Z-20-07 - requires houses being built on 'landlocked' property (no street access) to get a Special Use Permit beforehand.
- Z-20-36 - removes certain restrictions on the "relationship of building to the street" - porches, garage entrances, and so forth. We've added supporting documentation showing the restrictions to be removed by the proposed ordinance.
As always, there will be representatives from the police, code enforcement, public works, and other City departments call in to give reports. We will also go over NPU and community efforts to help our residents during the COVID crisis.
