Fulton County Sheriff’s Office 9th annual Homeless Initiative, August 10, 10am, Fulton County Courthouse

The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office in conjunction with their Chaplaincy Program will host a one day event to help the homeless.

The Sheriff's Office is holding its 9th annual Homeless Initiative on Saturday, August 10, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in front of the Fulton County Courthouse at 185 Central Avenue, S.W. Atlanta, GA 30303.

Sheriff's deputies are asking for donations of common household goods including soap, deodorant, washcloths, towels, and assorted toiletries to go to the homeless in our area. ALL DONATIONS MUST BE IN BY AUGUST 7TH. If you would like your area to be a drop-off/pick-up location, please call Lt. S. Edwards (404-612-3113) or Sgt. J. Price (404-612-3480)

There will also be donation collection/drop off barrels located at the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Juvenile Court house, Fulton County Jail, North/Alpharetta Jail Annex, South Fulton (Union City) Jail Annex, and Grady Detention center.
