Care and Conserve Plumbing and Repair Program

The Care and Conserve Plumbing and Repair Program (CCPRP), available to residents in the City of Atlanta, is a program has been established to assist low to moderate income family homeowners with plumbing and sewer repairs. 

Priority will be given to seniors (55 or older) and disabled citizens of Atlanta. The goal of the program is to help citizens of Atlanta conserve water and reduce their water bills by providing household plumbing and sewer line repairs.

Southface will be administering the program for the City of Atlanta Council Districts 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 12.
