This Thursday, the 16th, will be our NPU General Meeting for November 2023, held, as always, on the third Thursday of the month, 7pm to 9pm. This is a HYBRID meeting, both in person and online.

First off, we're leading the meeting with the election of officers for the next term. NPU-S runs on a two year term with a retention election in November of the first year. The procedures and regulations for voting are described fully at the NPU-S website at the 2023 NPU-S Officer Election Explainer. This will be the first thing we do after approving the agenda.
This month we'll have one voting item and two items for review and comment only:
- Z-23-22 (Amended) - concerning parking minimums within the Beltline Overlay District.
- MSD-23-13 - review and comment only - applicant wishes to subdivide the lot at 966 Cascade Avenue SW
- MSD-23-17 - review and comment only - applicant wishes to subdivide the lot at 925 Cascade Avenue SW
