NPU-S General Meeting Thursday, October 19, 7pm. Hybrid

This Thursday, the 19th, will be our NPU General Meeting for October 2023, held, as always, on the third Thursday of the month, 7pm to 9pm. This is a HYBRID meeting, both in person and online.

  • U-23-21 - 1165 Arlington Ave. - VOTING ITEM Applicant seeks a special use permit to operate a personal care home. SITE PLAN, SURVEY, FLOOR PLAN
  • LRB Alcohol License - Review - One Korean Bistro -1020 White Street SW (NPU-T)
  • Z-23-51 / CDP-23-18 - Review - Applicant seeks to rezone the R-4 (Single-family residential, minimum lot size 0.21 acres) zoning designation to the RG-3 (General (multi-family) residential, maximum floor area ratio of 0.696) zoning designation for a multi-family development. SITE PLAN, SURVEY - Review -1407 Beecher Street SW (NPU-T)

  • Z-23-61 An Ordinance to amend Part III Land Development Code Part 16 Chapter 32 Section 16-32F.002(9)(D) Cascade Heights Neighborhood Commercial District; and for other purposes.
