NPU-S Meeting tomorrow, May 20

The NPU-S General Meeting will be held this Thursday, May 20, at 7pm. 

This will be our last Google Meet! We will be transitioning to Zoom for teleconferencing from next month forward.  

Attendees should register beforehand! If you do not register then we cannot count your attendance or verify your identity on voting matters.

This month we'll have a single voting item:

  • Z-21-41 An Ordinance by Zoning Committee to amend the 1982 Atlanta Zoning Ordinance, as amended, by amending the definition of urban gardens to permit on-site sales; by amending the special administrative permit requirement for urban gardens; so as to expand the use of urban gardens in residential areas; and to increase the availability of locally grown food and to stimulate neighborhood economic activity; and for other purposes. As always,  representatives from the police, code enforcement, public works, and other City departments will call in to give reports, and we'll discuss NPU and community programs for our constituents. Come on out!
